Inserts are traditionally removable padding that sits inside the bra cups to help provide volume and cleavage. Preparation is key! Before using BOOMBA inserts, please ensure breasts are clean and dry. Any makeup, oil, lotion or other body products may hinder the inserts from sticking onto your skin properly. Put the clothing item on your body first, then place inserts onto the clothing item, then scoop breasts and stick onto the insert to secure.

2. The user is able to control the amount of cleavage they would like to show by scooping desired amount of cleavage and sticking it in place.

The process of making BOOMBA double-sided adhesive inserts is a combination of machinery and craftsmanship. After the inserts have been pressed, the glue is hand-brushed by skilled workers, then cut by hand into their shape.

Marginal errors, such as tiny pieces of silicone gel may come off on skin or clothing at times. Please note that this is normal and does not affect the usage of the inserts. Even though we pride ourselves on our quality and rigorously conduct quality control, please understand that there is human error. If in any case, you feel you have purchased a defective pair or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us so that we can make it right.

Gently peel off the insert starting from the top edge and slowly remove it from your breast. Repeat the same process on the other side. It is recommended to store BOOMBA inserts in the protective films immediately after use.

You can use your BOOMBA inserts at the gym and swim with them on. Please make sure that your bathing suit is tight and to avoid big waves: if your bathing suits can't stay on, neither can our inserts! :)

BOOMBA products are not intended for individuals who have sensitive skin or women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. BOOMBA inserts may also not be ideal for individuals with augmented breasts.

We've also had users who were able to use our inserts without any issues while they're pregnant. So it's possible that you will be able to use the inserts without issues.

The reason we do not recommend them for augmented breasts is because some users' implants are quite hard and not malleable.

Our inserts are soft, so sometimes the inserts will push back at the inserts, instead of the inserts pushing the breasts towards the center. Which may make it look weird.

Of course, each person's breasts are different and there are augmented breasts that are soft and malleable, but not every customer reaches out to confirm before ordering, so to avoid a customer being unhappy with their purchase, we decided to write “not suitable with augmented breasts”.

A lot of users struggle with using their inserts at first, as it does take some practice to perfect. From our experience, it is usually incompatible clothing or forgetting to scoop, as that helps to create a natural-looking silhouette.

Our inserts are NOT a sticky bra and should not be used as one. Like traditional inserts, BOOMBA inserts also need to be supported by the clothing and cannot hold up by itself. It is crucial to wear compatible clothing with BOOMBA inserts to achieve desired results. Clothing should be tight, non-stretchy, and thick. If clothing is stretchy and not tight, the top will not be able to push against the inserts, in turn pushing against your breast to create cleavage.

Scooping is an important step to achieve natural-looking cleavage. The inserts should not sit on top of your breasts. With BOOMBA inserts, it’s important to choose the appropriate top with your inserts. We always recommend structured tops that are made in a thicker material for best results (support in the chest area, not a loose t-shirt that hangs off the body, since the inserts are held up by the structure in your clothing).

Most bikinis, dresses and tops also work well as long as they are not too thin so that the color or shape of the insert shows through. A good guideline is that if the outline or color of your bra will show through in this top, BOOMBA inserts most likely will as well.

For some users, it does take a few tries to get it in the right position (just like getting your sticky bra to stop being lopsided), so we recommend checking out our quick tutorials for a better idea of how to use the inserts. We recommend putting the inserts on in front of a mirror to ensure it is even on both sides. You can adjust the level of cleavage according to your own preference. Just remember to scoop and stick, to ensure your cleavage stays put throughout the day!

We do NOT recommend using BOOMBA inserts under thin, unstructured or loose tops. In thin tops, the outline of the inserts may show through.

We recommend using BOOMBA inserts in tight tops with structure. A good guideline to know if the material of your top is thick enough to hide the outline of BOOMBA inserts, is by checking if the material is thick enough to hide the shape of your nipples.

If you are having trouble using your product, please contact us at contact@getboomba.com and we will offer some tips and tricks for seamless application within 24 hours.

Hand wash only, do not machine wash or put in the dryer. Gently use the pad of your fingertips to wash the adhesive while avoiding contact with your fingernails to prevent damaging the adhesive. Rinse the inserts with warm water to remove any residue. Carefully shake off excess water and press on the insert lightly to squeeze out any remaining water. Allow the inserts to air dry in an area free of dust particles.

When the inserts are completely dry, reapply the protective films to prevent dust and lint from adhering to the inserts.

After cleaning, apply protective film back onto the inserts and store it back in its original packaging. Keep in a cool, dark environment away from dust and debris. 

Some users may experience a pieces of glue peeling or coming off on their clothing or skin, please note that this is normal and does not affect usage.

This occurs because of how sticky our inserts are. The less sticky the adhesive, the less chance for peeling. When we were creating BOOMBA inserts, we decided to go with the stronger adhesive, simply because we wanted to create a product that we ourselves would love. We knew that we wouldn't want sticky inserts that stopped sticking after 5 uses, so why would our customers? Not only is that bad for consumers and our reputation, but also for the environment. The biggest complaint we hear from consumers are that their sticky bras stop sticking after a few uses, so we knew we wanted to be different. When you buy a pair of BOOMBA inserts, you know you are buying a quality, long lasting product.

So although our inserts may leave glue residue on skin or clothing at times, our inserts also are truly reusable, many times over. It was a hard decision to decide whether to make it sticker and leave residue or create a product that stopped sticking after a few uses. Ultimately we decided to go with the former, because we believe as a consumer, ultimately you just want a product that works well, and works for a long time.

Once an order is placed, please allow one to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information to track your package online.

Yes, we offer standard shipping options to most countries!

International customers (outside of the United States) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees which your local Customs Authority deems appropriate. These fees are paid to your local carrier or government and are not collected by BOOMBA, and thus cannot be refunded.

We ship international packages DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning that these fees are not included in the price of the goods you purchase from our website. All applicable fees must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. As we are unable to advise the amount of these fees, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates.

Due to sanitary reasons, ALL adhesive inserts, nipple covers, accessories, and promotional items may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless you have received damaged, defective or the wrong item(s).
